Section 5A
Job Description

(1) Based on the job description of the organization approved by the Government of Nepal, the concerned secretary, head of department and head of office shall create and implement the job description of each civil position. In such a job description, the work, duties, responsibilities, rights and qualifications of such a post should be clearly outlined.
(2) Along with the letter given to the civil servant when he is appointed to any post, his job description and the job evaluation chart should also be provided.
(3) Other arrangements related to work description shall be as prescribed.
